Firepaw/heart/star/whatever from warriors...and maybe Scourge but I never read any of the books with him in it...but something is just telling me he is like the Sasuke of Warriors...
Thrall from Warcraft went and became this. Warcraft III-Wrath he was basically a well rounded decent character, then Cata came along and Metzen decided everything revolved around Thrall, presumably because Metzen also voices Thrall. Also on a more obvious note: Med'an, Kalecgos, and the first introduction of Varian Wrynn in that same fandom.
*facepalm* And I can't believe I forgot to mention Greg Heffley. He is the twelve-year-old male version of Bella Swan. He whines and pisses and moans about how haaard he has it and how everyone else is stupid and sucks. However--he still gets to go off and do nearly anything he wants, his parents don't give a shit that he does poorly in school and gets into trouble, and his "best friend" STILL loves him no matter how much he treats him like shit. He also seems to be one of the "popular" kids at school and does a good deal of bullying other kids, despite supposedly being a "wimpy kid."
Oh well, at least the girls don't seem to love him no matter how hard he tries to date them. If they did it would be disturbing, because he's freaking twelve.
Since multiple people have mentioned Edturd Sullen and Ash Ketchup already, I'll mention someone nobody has thought of yet.
Eragon, from the Inheritance series. He basically defines the entire morality of his universe--everyone who likes him is Good, and everyone who doesn't is Bad. He also gets turned into a superpowered half-elf, can cure cancer, learns how to fight, read, and cast magic really quickly, and kills whoever he feels like.
Richard Rahl is probably an even worse "hero," though. He and his girlfriend are complete and utter psychopaths.
And yes, I agree with whoever said James Bond is a Stu. Seriously, why is it fine for a man to be a slut?
Kei Takashima (Special A) --coz he`s super invincible, he can lift a heavy-weighted man despite his seemingly skinny-structure (see episode 1), he`s super rich & already has responsibilities beyond that of an ordinary high schooler.
Alphonse from The Secret Show. Everyone either likes or hates him (especially Victor Volt, who sees him as a romantic rival) and he had Anita Knight fall in love with him the first day they MET with little to no effort involved. He's constantly praised for his many "talents", which are mainly artistic, even though all he does is make his artwork out of fluids and remnants from his body (I mean, come on. A flute made of earwax? Nothing special. ) and the only music he's composed so far consists of a single drum. And worst of all? His only flaws seem to be acting like a crybaby whenever his precious art is tampered with and being a bit too naive.
One of my friends told me that he was made to be a foil to Victor. I guess that would make sense, but I still think he's a total Stu.
No one said Ash Ketchum yet? Legendary Pokémon are so rare that most people doesn't even see one in their entire life. He saw the all, saved them all and became BFFs with all. At least, I think he's still a retard XP
Also, Emile from Tales of Symphonia 2. I know, I already nagged about Martha from the same game, but I think they're really one unholy Sue/Stu-maincast. To give you some keywords:
- dead parents - uncle abuses him - everyone either hates or loves him - god sealed inside him - split personality - spontaneous breaking of godly laws for the sake of love
